We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter with strong expertise in headhunting and advanced sourcing techniques. In this role, you will leverage Boolean search strings, X-ray searches, and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage top-tier passive candidates for hard-to-fill positions. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build lasting relationships with clients and candidates, and deliver an exceptional hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Headhunting: Identify passive candidates through networking, social media, and direct outreach.
Advanced Search Techniques: Utilize Boolean search strings, X-ray searches, and LinkedIn Recruiter for targeted talent acquisition.
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
