Your Mission

You will own high-volume, high-speed hiring for offline/store and field roles . Your job is to ensure Traya always has the right people on the ground, at the right time, at the right quality .

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own bulk and lateral hiring for offline/store, field, and operations roles
• Handle hiring for roles like store staff, advisors, ops executives, regional roles, etc.
• Drive high-volume sourcing via Naukri, local databases, referrals, agencies, and walk-ins
• Screen candidates for attitude, communication, stability, and role fit
