DiTech Process Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is Hiring – HR Executive (Generalist + Recruitment)

Location: Saki Vihar Road, Chandivali (Mumbai)

We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive with exposure to both HR Generalist and Recruitment functions. Graduate candidates with good Excel skills are welcome.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding)

• Handle employee lifecycle processes including joining formalities and documentation

• Maintain HR records, attendance, and employee database

• Support payroll inputs and HR operations

• Coordinate with internal teams for hiring requirements

• Assist in HR policies implementation and employee engagement activities

• Prepare HR reports and trackers using MS Excel
