Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and high-volume hiring. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in BPO, Outsourcing, and RPO environments and be adaptable to a shifting schedule. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proven track record of delivering quality talent efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates for technical and volume hiring roles.
• Execute recruitment strategies for BPO, Outsourcing, and RPO clients, ensuring alignment with client requirements and SLAs.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline through proactive sourcing using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other platforms.
