About the Role
We are looking for an RPO Recruiter to partner with our Client’s Recruitment Team in fulfilling hiring needs within set timelines. This position requires sourcing candidates through various job boards and channels, conducting competency-based interviews to screen applicants, and ensuring the target number of endorsements is achieved. The recruiter will also be responsible for ensuring that the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is accurately maintained and up-to-date.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field
- Experience in volume hiring, recruitment, and onboarding
- Experience in corporate hiring, manufacturing, BPO, or shared services environments is a plus
- Proficient in using Applicant/Candidate Tracking Systems
- Available to start immediately
