Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for international accounting positions.
• Utilize various job boards including Indeed to find top talent.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and maintain candidate databases.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
