We are seeking a hands‑on Recruiter with proven experience managing high‑volume hourly and project‑based recruitment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys operational recruiting work, and is comfortable owning the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to onboarding.

What you'll do

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for high‑volume hourly and project positions, including skilled trades, field, security guards, and other project roles
• Partner closely with hiring managers and project teams to understand workforce needs, timelines, and hiring priorities
• Post jobs, screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate next‑step interviews efficiently and at scale
