Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Central Luzon, Philippines. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to match organizational needs. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, managing job postings, maintaining applicant databases, and ensuring a smooth candidate journey throughout the recruitment process. The Recruiter will also help enhance hiring strategies and assist in onboarding new employees.

Qualifications

• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition skills, including sourcing and screening candidates effectively
• Proficiency in Communication, Collaboration, and Stakeholder Engagement
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software
• Strong Organizational and Multitasking abilities
