We are looking for a Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering results. As a key team member, you will contribute directly to client success by supporting operations, communication, and process execution in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential candidates.
• Screen and qualify candidates based on job requirements and company standards.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress in our applicant tracking system.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• B2 High english level.
