Recruiter (ALTRCT)

This is a remote position. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to lead hiring efforts for our growing team of door-to-door sales representatives and installers. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates based on hiring criteria provided by leadership. Success in this role requires someone who understands that recruiting for high-volume positions is a numbers game. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple candidates through the hiring process while maintaining a strong focus on quality.
