Responsibilities
- Responsible for executing robust talent attraction and search strategies based on hiring objectives to generate a diverse pool of highly skilled candidates to staff open and/or confidential positions and create candidate pipelines for future needs.
- Leverages data to analyze hiring trends.
- Influences others within and outside the department regarding concepts, policies, and best practices.
- Drives the sourcing strategy, identifying and recommending process improvements.
