Key Responsibilities
- Develop annual program plans ensuring the work areas are set up for future organizational success.
- Plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate programs and services to ensure community needs are met.
- Contribute to the strategy of the Active Pass+ monthly membership.
- Coordinate recruiting, hiring and retention strategies for contract instructors.
