Recovery Officer

Vizz Web Solution is actively seeking a focused and persistent Recovery Officer to manage our debt collection efforts. This role is central to our financial operations, requiring expert negotiation and communication skills to resolve outstanding accounts. Responsibilities

• Coordinate directly with debtors to negotiate payments, discuss debt settlements, resolve account problems, and provide appropriate financial solutions.
• Execute first‑round calling for daily account allocation in line with client requirements and the assigned performance targets.
