RECORDS AND PRIVACY OFFICER

1.0 FTE Permanent Position

Salary Range: $70,469 to $88,311 per year

The Simcoe County District School Board is seeking qualified applicants for the full-time position of Records and Privacy Officer. This position reports to the Controller and is a member of the Business Services team. The Records and Privacy Officer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with MFIPPA by managing FOI requests, privacy breaches, and records management activities. They also lead privacy impact assessments and provide expert guidance to schools and staff on privacy and records management best practices.
