Reconciliation & Settlement Analyst

Job Summary:

Reconciliation and Settlement Analyst helps the business to reconcile transactions across the general ledger and sub-ledgers together with other key accounts. This person will support and monitor data and work management, client support, reporting, billing, payments, collection and problem resolution. She/he will be working closely with the rest of the Operations personnel of the Team.

How will you contribute:

1. Monitor daily transactional operations to ensure a free flow process execution of daily task of the support groups and investigate open items
2. Inter-act with the Product Managers, Customer Support, Accounting and Operations Support as needed to solve the customer problems, concerns in a timely manner.
