Reconciliation Associate

Job Description
Assist the Finance Operations Head in managing Finance Operations-Reconciliation
Prepares SOPs, Process Flows and UAT for new product development
Conducts daily reconciliation of all accounts transacted by the team and identify and follow up differences noted from the reconciliation
Ensures operational risk, system risk and channel risk of payment and settlement transactions are well monitored
Ensures DDA, DDA3 and SSA accounts balances with the daily Trial Balance and MIS Report
Ensures Settlement via InstaPay, Pesonet and Philpass (including Processing of Monthly Billings for Bancnet and PCHC, Processing of Refund) and other Operator of Payment System and transactions under integration tallies with the daily Trial Balance and MIS Report
Ensures variances are resolved within SLA
Ensures Regulatory and Management reports are submitted on a timely manner
Assist in annual audit and due diligence exercise as required
