About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Visitor Management: Greet, welcome, and direct visitors to the appropriate person or office; offer refreshments.
- Communication Hub: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls; take messages.
- Scheduling & Calendars: Manage appointment calendars, book meeting rooms, and handle travel arrangements.
- Administrative Support: Sort and distribute mail, make copies, data entry, and manage office supplies.
- Office Maintenance: Keep the reception area tidy and presentable.
- Security: Monitor visitor access and maintain office security.

Pay: From Php1,153.00 per day
