About the Role
Silver Search is partnering with a well established multi disciplinary specialist practice in the Eastern Suburbs to recruit an experienced Medical Receptionist to join their front of house team.
This role suits someone confident working in a fast-paced, modern practice supporting multiple doctors.
Key Responsibilities
- Front desk reception and patient check-in
- Managing a busy phone system and appointment scheduling
- Supporting multiple doctors across a specialist practice
- Handling patient enquiries, referrals and correspondence
- Billing, invoicing and payment processing
- Maintaining accurate patient records and systems
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist (specialist practice preferred)
- Ability to work efficiently in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite & Xestro.
