About the Role
- At least two (2) years of professional experience in front-of-house guest reception, preferably within a fine dining restaurant, luxury hotel, or premium hospitality environment
- Presents a poised, polished, and professional demeanor, capable of delivering a refined and welcoming first impression for all guests
- Highly organized and composed under pressure, with the ability to manage reservations, walk-in guests, and peak-hour traffic with efficiency and grace
- Proficient in table management and reservation systems, including seating plans, waitlists, and guest flow coordination to ensure optimal dining experiences
- Demonstrates exceptional telephone etiquette and in-person communication skills, ensuring all inquiries, reservations, and guest requests are handled with clarity, warmth, and professionalism
- Meticulous in managing reservations, special requests, and guest preferences to support a personalized and elevated guest experience
