About the Role
We're recruiting on behalf of the Electrical Trades Union (Vic) for a capable, people-focused Receptionist to join their Head Office team.
This is more than Reception. You'll support front-of-house and membership services, helping ensure members and their families receive timely, professional support in a values-driven environment.
The role
- First point of contact for members, families & visitors
- Manage calls, enquiries, mail & shared inboxes
- Process membership applications, renewals & payments
- Prepare new member packs & undertake outbound member contact
- Assist with member welfare enquiries
- Provide flexible coverage across reception & membership services
About you
- Experience in reception, admin or customer service
- Strong communication & organisational skills
