Job Description
Service Center Management: Managing the service store directly, including service center management, KPI management, spare part, and store assistant management, to ensure customer satisfaction.Customer Relationship: Interacting and maintaining good relationships with customers, to provide solutions to customers’ issues/complaints on services.Reporting Analysis: Guiding/analyzing data reports (TAT, spare supply, VOC, benchmarks, service center operation, etc) and convert into a reporting structure for business improvements.Being able to travel on short-term business trips may be required when required for field support.
