About the Role

Key Duties And Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors to the office in a professional and friendly manner
  • To answer or refer questions asked by visitors.
  • Monitoring the visitor's system book and issuing the visitor's badge and ensuring that visitors maintain security by following company procedures.
  • To ensure the cleanliness of lobby and to always keep it clean and tidy.
  • Receive and record visitors' attendance into the SAMS system and ensure visitors return their visitor cards.
  • To ensure the directory is updated and upload into the PARSEL system.
  • To perform other duties as needed or required.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Qualification Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia ( SPM)
  • Minimum of one 1 – 2 years' experience in an administrative position
