About the Role
Join our client in Vaudreuil as a Receptionist and Administrative Support during a temporary sick leave. This in-office role emphasizes exceptional customer service from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
In this position, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, managing calls and supporting various office administrative tasks. Effective communication in both English and French is crucial, along with proficiency in Office 365 applications. This contract lasts until November 20 but may extend.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and manage incoming calls
• Coordinate mail distribution and office supplies
• Oversee conference room reservations and assist with billing
• Participate in data entry and project support activities
• Handle petty cash and uniform management
