Recepcionist M/F

Vanguard Properties, currently the largest residential real estate developer in Portugal, is growing and intends to strengthen its Golf team, located in the Comporta region (Terras da Comporta), with the integration of a Recepcionist .

Core Responsibilities

• Reply to reservation requests
• Optimize the reservation system
• Perform the check-in according to the instituted procedures
• Attend golf customers
• Receive and forward contacts and information requests (calls, emails, correspondence)
• Attend to the presentation of the store
• Insert and confirmation of merchandise inventories, according to the defined deadlines.

Profile

• High School diploma / Professional technical course in reception.
• Experience in customer service
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word e Powerpoint)
• Fluency in English (minimum level required B2) ...
