Real State Vice President

Our client is looking for a Real State Vice President to join their team in Lima, Peru. The individual will focus on participate in the definition of real estate investment strategies based in the parameters and risk profiles defined by the organization. The professional main responsibilities will be generate well-founded investment ideas.

• Participate in the investment committees analyzing the information available on the market and rental projects
• Analysis of the real estate industry and its trends.
• Support in raising investors (capital) and the structuring of new real estate investment funds.

• Minimum experience of +6 years in similar positions in the real estate field in investment banking.
• Bilingual
• MBA preferred
