Role Summary:
Responsible for sourcing real estate leads by onboarding and managing local broker networks across South Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard and manage local property brokers and channel partners
- Source quality residential/commercial leads through broker networks
- Build strong relationships to ensure consistent deal flow
- Track, follow up, and coordinate leads with the sales team
- Maintain MIS and ensure compliance with sourcing guidelines
Requirements:
- 1–6 years of experience in real estate sourcing/channel sales
