Real Estate Agent/VA

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Real Estate Virtual Assistant to lead our property sourcing efforts. You’ll be the eyes and ears of our acquisition team, responsible for finding off‑market and listed properties that meet our investment criteria.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential investment properties through MLS, Zillow, Redfin, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and other platforms
• Analyze property data including comps, ARV, and market trends
• Maintain and update property databases and spreadsheets
• Communicate with agents, wholesalers, and sellers to gather property details
• Monitor new listings and price changes daily
• Assist in lead generation and CRM management
• Prepare property summaries and reports for review
