RE Tech Lead

- Lead and manage recruitment operations for the RE business vertical 67 years in RE recruitment & team handling Noida - Must have prior proven experience in recruitment domain handling clients and team management - Establish, manage, and nurture client relationships - Responsible for acquiring minimum 2 new clients per quarter for recruitment business - Ensure SLAs and timelines for resume sourcing, screening, and submission are met by the recruitment team - Drive recruitment processes including screening, quality checks, conversions, client feedback, interview coordination, and closure - Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to process compliance and operational efficiency - Handle both client hiring and internal hiring requirements end-to-end - Manage escalations, reporting, weekly MIS, hiring trackers, and closure analytics - Work closely with management on expansion roadmap, hiring strategy, and new business onboarding - No calling or searching required personallybut must ...
