About the Role
The role of an R&D Senior Scientist – Taste Coffee is based in KERRY Global Technology & Innovation Centre in Beloit, Wisconsin, USA and reporting to the RD&A Director. The candidate must be prepared to support scale up process, process optimization and different activities at different sites/facilities occasionally.
The successful candidate should demonstrate with moderate “hands on” experience working with roasting, extraction and coffee drying technologies (development, upscaling, downscaling).
She/He should have preliminary experiences and demonstrate technical leadership capabilities in the field of Food Science with Sensory, Analytical, and Processing knowledge.
The successful candidate will be leading strategic projects in close collaboration with other Kerry staff from different End Use Markets.
The successful candidate will support the development of Kerry's portfolio of Coffee Extracts.
