What you will be doingThe R&D Test Engineer is responsible for planning, preparing, and executing engine test campaigns, ensuring accurate data collection and safe operation of advanced engine platforms. This role involves close collaboration with plant personnel, instrumentation and automation teams, and external experts to guarantee that engine and all systems are ready for testing and that tests are completed efficiently and without incidents. The R&D Test Engineer also plays a key role in troubleshooting technical issues, implementing solutions, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
