RESPONSIBILITIES:



Packaging Development & Innovation

• Initiate and lead the development and/or innovation of packaging materials for both food and non food products (personal care and home care)

• Lead the design, testing, and implementation of innovative packaging solutions.

• Develop packaging strategies aligned with company objectives, sustainability goals, and

regulatory requirements.

• Conduct feasibility studies and material assessments to ensure optimal packaging performance

and cost-effectiveness.

• Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging materials, and new packaging technologies.

• Supervise the conduct of packaging compatibility studies.

Project Management & Cross-functional Collaboration

• Manage multiple packaging development projects from ideation to commercialization.
