Role Summary
The Packaging Development Supervisor manages the end-to-end packaging process from concept development to commercialization, ensuring packaging solutions meet technical, regulatory, sustainability, and consumer requirements. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, efficiency, and cost-effective packaging solutions.

Packaging Development & Innovation
Lead the development and innovation of packaging materials for food and non-food products (personal care and home care).
Oversee the design, testing, and implementation of new packaging solutions.
Develop packaging strategies aligned with business goals, sustainability initiatives, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct feasibility studies and material assessments to ensure performance and cost efficiency.
Stay updated on packaging trends, materials, and technologies.
