software design for cutting-edge solutions for our innovative Defense & Security and Air Traffic Control products.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for devising and implementing R&D Software policy, for the short and long
term, in line with the company objectives. You have the ability to prioritize.
You keep a close eye on the objective, planning and ensure timely delivery for the software team contributions to
NPI projects.
You analyze new technology trends, from which you detect and initiate new product developments
and product improvements.
