Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage engineering programs and R&D projects to achieve deliverables on time, within scope, and budget.
• Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria with Product Planner. Then develop detailed project plans and schedules.
• Drive strategic planning across global counterparts and internal teams.
• Manage risk identification and mitigation plans, including scenario planning.
• Coordinate with Product Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and ODM/EMS suppliers.
• Facilitate design reviews, technical workshops, and root-cause analysis sessions.
• Act as the single point of contact for technical topics with cross functional teams and senior stakeholders.
