R&D Engineer

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Research & Development Engineer with a strong software and digital engineering background to design, develop, and deliver innovative solutions that enhance the use of Tekla Structures and related digital platforms. This role focuses on building custom applications, plugins, and automated workflows to optimize design, detailing, estimation, and manufacturing processes, while driving efficiency and continuous improvement across the organizations digital engineering ecosystem.
Key Accountabilities
Identify opportunities to automate manual and repetitive tasks by developing custom applications, scripts, and plugins within Tekla Structures to improve productivity, accuracy, and consistency.
Design, develop, and maintain software tools that enhance the end-to-end digital workflow across detailing, estimation, production planning, and manufacturing.
