R&D engineer

The role

As an R&D Engineer, you play a key role in the research, development, and innovation of machines and processes. You work closely with colleagues from engineering, production, sales, and service to translate analysis and ideas into practical, working solutions.

Your responsibilities include:

• Conducting, analyzing, and reporting technical research at product and process level
• Leading R&D projects from initiation through implementation
• Developing, testing, and validating new concepts and prototypes
• Solving complex technical challenges in multidisciplinary teams
• Coordinating and supervising research performed by external partners
• Supporting commissioning activities and resolving technical issues at customer sites
