R&D Engineer

The R&D department operates as a collaborative R&D team involved in hands‑on product development from concept to commercialization. This role provides exposure to a structured R&D environment with clear project ownership, allowing you to work on real products and see your formulations move into production and customer use.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, formulate, and improve liquid chemical products such as industrial detergents, cutting fluids/lubricants, slurries, and polishing compounds to meet performance requirements.
• Plan and conduct laboratory experiments, testing, and performance evaluations.
• Source, evaluate, and trial raw materials for assigned development projects.
• Prepare technical documentation including SDS, GHS labels, and product‑related records (training provided).
• Work closely with Production and QA teams to support product transfer, scale‑up, and qualification activities.
