About the Role

Our client is a leading foods and beverage company in Thailand. Now, they're looking for an R&D Assistant Packaging Engineer position.
Responsibilities:
Partner with cross-functional business teams to ensure smooth execution of packaging routine work and drive commercialization success for Innovation, Promotional, and Operation support projects for TH & VN markets.
Establishing and maintaining packaging specifications, technical drawing, packing instructions, and testing methods, to build related BOMs, ensuring documents are appropriately managed by DMs and communicated with function teams;
Supporting business needs on packaging quality improvement and trouble-shooting with internals and co-manufacturers;
Providing cross-region sharing and support on packaging subjects and packaging development.
Leading activities are exploring advanced packaging materials, formats, and process technology to drive productivity and sustainable goals ...
