Overview
Your Mission Within an international and multi-branded environment, Richemont Customer Service (RCS) mission is to:
- Define and implement a global client service strategy
- Ensure a consistent, simple, straightforward and hassle-free service journey to our clients
- Turn customer service into a competitive advantage
- Participate in the client data collection to enhance the Maisons' data strategy
- Organize and oversee the worldwide service network for all products (22 repair platforms worldwide, boutique workshops, and an external network)
