About The Role

Myticas Consulting is seeking a RAN Performance and Optimization Engineer to support a leading telecommunications provider in Toronto. In this role, you will focus on LTE and 5G NSA/SA radio access network (RAN) performance, driving KPI improvements across coverage, throughput, load balancing, and service quality.

You will own end-to-end performance analysis and optimization cycles: collecting and analyzing network data, identifying abnormalities, diagnosing root causes, and recommending parameter tuning, feature trials, and software upgrades to meet stringent contractual KPIs. You’ll also generate regular performance reports, perform short‑term capacity and traffic assessments, and leverage automation techniques to streamline recurring optimization activities.
