RAN Engineer

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for planning, designing, implementing, testing, and optimizing the RAN for a mobile network operator or a service provider.
• They may work on different aspects of the RAN, such as radio frequency planning, network configuration, performance analysis, troubleshooting, or upgrade projects.
• Collaborates with other network engineers, vendors, and customers.

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree graduate in Electronics & Communication Engineering or a related technical field.

2. 1–2 years of experience in NOC, Help Desk, or Network Operations support RAN and Power equipment experience will be preferred

3. Strong ability to work under pressure in a 24×7 operational environment and meet SLA-driven deadlines.

4. Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
