Radio Frequency Optimization Engineer

Role Overview

The selected engineer will act as the
customer interface
, responsible for RF optimization activities while engaging directly with the customer on a daily basis. This role requires strong technical expertise combined with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Onsite : Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia (Mobile)

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the
  customer-facing RF representative
  for Techbros
• Handle
  daily technical discussions and coordination
  with the customer
• Perform and support
  RF optimization activities
  for
  LTE and 5G networks
• Conduct
  drive test analysis
  and provide optimisation insights
• Analyse and optimise network performance based on
  KPI-driven metrics
• Clearly explain technical findings, progress, and recommendations to the customer

Requirements:

• 7–10 years of experience
  in
  RF Optimization
