Shift Timing: 8.00PM - 5.00AM IST
Engagement Mode: Full Time
Description:
- Good communication, presentation and articulation skills
- Hands experience in PTP, OTC, and General Accounting Processes. Also, F&A reporting knowledge.
- Experience handling US and UK clients.
- Ensure smooth KT from the client.
- Ability to handle 10 Team size
- Ensures TAT and Quality 100% at all the times
- Ensures CSAT from the day 1
- Ensures the team maintains the prompt actions and replies on all client deliverables.
- Should be flexible enough, especially during the Books closure time.
