R & D Engineer

Develop and manage testing procedures and quality control in manufacturing and product development for Mfg. Test Engineering.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing testing procedures and guidelines, drafting proposals for testing programs and conditions
• Ensuring test equipment calibration and evaluating validity of test results
• Managing, coordinating, or performing tests at defined quality control stages in manufacturing and product development
• Communicating with stakeholders when specifications or requirements are not met
• Drafting test reports, discussing findings, and providing recommendations for improvements
• Supporting Engineers in design, realization, and implementation of assigned processes or technical infrastructure
• Executing documentation and planning of training for affected parts of the organization
