Quote Manager

About the Role
- Exercise and implement sourcing strategies, ensure all information is sufficient before sending any RFQ to suppliers
- Review the quote in costed BOM before submission. Provide competitive cost for the new RFQ from Business Team
- Make sure on time quote submission to Business Team, Monitor & track RFQ progress and closure
- Resolve price discrepancy for supplier contract price, drive continuous improvement and systematic approach to the quote process
Requirements:
- Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in supply chain/ EE commodity/operations. EMS knowledge is a plus
- Good knowledge of electronics and mechanical components
- Demonstrate expertise in negotiation, implementation and maintenance of supplier contracts
- Effective interpersonal skills, both internally and externally
