Quarry Supervisor

Regional Group Australia is seeking an experienced and reliable Quarry Supervisor for our Forbes Quarry. 

The primary focus of the Quarry Supervisor would be the safe and efficient supervision of operation and sales at the Forbes quarry. With a focus on safety, the Quarry Supervisor will have a heavy interest in the day-to-day duties, supervision and logistics of the hard rock quarry.

Responsibilities:

• Motivating and leading employees and contractors to achieve desired business outcomes.
• Supporting the Quarry Manager to ensure the processing of materials are compliant and meet relevant Australian standards.
• Responsible for quality control in conjunction with client requirements and site-specific quarry management plan.
• Responsible for meeting and achieving production targets.
