You will lead experimental programs, manage data-driven analyses, and impact scalable manufacturing improvements that advance quantum technology.

• Lead R&D efforts to enhance 3D cavity performance
• Design and execute programs to analyze performance drivers
• Develop materials and process strategies for quality consistency
• Translate insights into scalable manufacturing improvements
• Setup infrastructure for surface post-processing of materials
