Quantity Surveyor/Technical

Modular Majestics, a fast-growing design and build company, is looking for experienced Quantity Surveyor/Technical. The role is responsible for managing project costs, preparing accurate quantity take-offs, and providing technical support throughout the project lifecycle. This role plays a critical part in cost control, budgeting, and ensuring that construction projects are delivered efficiently, within budget, and in compliance with approved plans, specifications, and standards.

The position works closely with the design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure accurate costing, proper documentation, and smooth project execution from pre-construction to project completion.
