Responsibilities
:Commercial management of residential developments
Cost control, forecasting, and CVRs
Procurement of subcontract packages
Subcontractor valuations and payments
Pricing variations, extras, and incentives
Commercial reporting using COINS software
Managing and resolving commercial issues
Liaising with site and operational teams
Essential Requirements:
Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years' experience in residential construction
Essential: Proven experience using COINS software
Strong commercial and financial management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Full UK driving licence
