Quantity Surveyor

Enersense Engineering is currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support one of our client on a Data Centre project located in Vaasa, Finland. We are hiring on a permanent basis and the position is set to start as soon as possible.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Supervise the procurement of packages ensuring technical completion
• Monitor sub-contractor and supplier payments and sub-contractor variations
• Manage the project budget as directed by the Project Director
• Manage relevant client communications
• Document and cost changes to the work scopes and prepare the monthly valuations and final accounts

Requirements:

• Suitable educational background for the position
• 5 years' experience in a similar role is essential, preferably within a mechanical and electrical contracting environment
• Data Centre experience would be a significant advantage
